No confirmation of broadband connection

VERY VERY STRANGE, NO E-MAIL ID, no password. No confirmation of broadband connection , no help from 1500, no help when visiting vidyaranyapura exchange personally, everybody is blinking. work order for 750+ in my name Wing Commander xxx was raised on 30 Jun 09, I had requested for 750+ and modem on rental. neither 750+ has been installed till date nor modem is being shown as rental. Rather it is being shown as purchased. I spoke to the commercial officer Hosamani on 08 jul 09 who confirmed ( his mob no xxx and L / L No. xxx ) that the bill for 750+ will be from 01 Jul 09 and modem will be corrected to show against rental. No confirmation has been given to me till date. My L / L No/ is xxx . Pl. be kind in confirming me on my mob xxx and thru e-mail sacharv@ymail.com

BSNL is lethargic in updating

there is never any clear message regards any product and the BSNL is lethargic in updating the new programs and informing us if the old one exists it has been wound up or advising us to shift.
example i use call now cards now suddenly they give us ITC card and when we ask them the tarrif plan it is a big blank both at 1500 toll free and the main GPO rear side at camp, Pune.
Anther one is that i have a Plan 725 on my post paid cell now what new schemes have been introduced are being put up where do we stand why not educate us your customers and optimise both your and our selves for the better .
we need better training at BSNL for it to get to the people the masses as they say.
the call centre says 1 for english 2 for marathi etc but when u opt for one the guy who comes at the other end finally starts of to hindi so why do we get this 123 choices are we trying and failing or do we need a relook at the training, staff ethics and curtesy to end user.

how the usage of broad band can be observed? is there any site of bsnl which enables the display of the usage ?

I am submitting my details of applling for broadband connection but for last 15 days I am being harrsed by the local officer of bsnl,balugaon,dist-khurda,orissa and connection is not yet given.He is telling that after doing underground cabbling,connection will be made.But,he had already given connection to our neibour.

BSNL broadband service

I am using BSNL broadband service for last 6 months.After looking at the
comments on broadband service provided by bsnl,I felt really bad for bsnl.
I registered for 500 plan and downloaded data size per month will be between 30 GB to 50 Gb.The download transfer rate was always between 180 KB/s — 210 KB/s(though never 256 KB/s(2Mb/s)) and it takes nearly 1 hr to download a 700 mb cd iso file. I always monitor data usage in bsnl website and never experienced any miscalculation.I just posted this comment to make new customers of BB service not horrified looking at
the comments here and things are not same everywhere.I recommend
anyone to try BSNL BB service first before any other service.Except some ( 1- 3 times per day) glitches like disconnecting during downloading – can be managed using a download manager application – and not so technically
sound but cordial customer care executies the service is great and can be given a try.

Being a bsnl customer I would like see the improvement in services.nowadays i am faceing lotof time inturruption in broadband connection due cable theft and every month i am paying rs 900 bill actully i am confused what to do? whether i should continue or i should go for another option like Tata indicom Airtel Relince.
